Abstract

This collection consists of a family history booklet compiled by Mrs. Victoria Busch, of Mankato, Minnesota. The booklet contains Busch family genealogy information, photocopies of newspaper articles and obituaries related to the Busch family, photographs, and general historical information about New Ulm and Mankato. The family tree and genealogical information included starts in the 1860s and runs through the 1970s.

This collection consists of a genealogy compiled by Victoria Busch of Mankato, Minnesota. The booklet outlines the history of the Scheurer family, and focuses especially on the family of John Benedict and Seraphine May Scheurer. The family’s history is traced back to the 1860s when Simon and Katherine Scheurer, parents of John, moved to rural Mankato from Germany.

This collection consists of a family history compiled by Donald Force Jackson. The narrative focuses on the author’s parents, Raymond Jackson and Della Anne Force Jackson. Information on pioneer life in Mankato and River Falls, Minnesota, the Mankato Teachers College, Army life during World War II, and the Mankato Tire Company are all part of the booklet.

Abstract This collection consists of items related to the children of William C. and Inez Goff Wood, formerly of Mankato. They had five sons and one daughter, and all excelled in their fields. This collection focuses on Harland and Earl Wood. Newspaper clippings about and magazine articles written by these two men make up part of the collection.
